![]() Heres Beavis in all the glory !! ![]() and yes the door just shuts due to rust aahhh and expanding foam in ther from previous owner.![]() its like having a mirror with identical rust areas !! Not having tackled this before but am not shy of the grinder ..... i have my list of parts to get ie 2 x inner arches L/R Floor pan L/R pillars L/R front heater channels L/R Question is the order of repair what to cut out first ect |

is the rear channel as bad if so just replace the lot bestr thing realy new pans etc
loads of work but worth it..
least you can buy your panels check out my sqaure resto...

Hello,
As Jon say's you would be better off replacing the whole heater channels n floor pannels, it aint that hard (once you gat your head around it and have some of the tools togeather) and it looks like tis been bodged up once or twice so a proper resto will last a lot longer than a patch up.
Mine was in a much worse state when we started( eh Jon!!) and it tidied up ok.
Good luck with it n dont be afraid to ask

Update for you guys managed to get some help with the car and the shell is coming off and am doing the whole lot !!! So i'm now accumilating parts ready for the big push !!
