My Beloved Purple VW Beetle 1300A (Sammy)

Unfortunately for her benefit i need to sell as i am starting my training in the army in Feb and do not want her sitting around doing nothing.

From my loss someone will gain a fantastic (hard to find) solid and reliable Beetle.

This Beetle previously and including me has been very well looked after. When i purchased this car i was told that it has been dry stored for its intire life and had only seen the rain when on trips to different shows. I could see that this must have been true as it is very very solid, with very little to no rust at all.

The heater channels are very solid, as well as the floor panels and spare wheel well.

There are a few bubble marks on the paint as expected from a car this age but they do not spoil its looks at all. Also there has been some paint removed where at some point the doors had rubbed on the car when closing but unless you know they are there or when the door is open you can hardly see them. Can be very easily fixed as i have some spare paint left in a spray can when the car was sold to myself. I feel it gives the car character.

There has been some new additions to the car that may not be to some peoples taste but as you know you can change things very easily and cheaply. These include, Bucket Seats (I was going to change but found them very comfy so decided not too, however i am bidding on some original seats at the moment so if i win these will come with her), Colour coded Steering wheel, Lowered at front (fully adjustable) Empy alloys, Sports Exhaust (fantastic sound), Blade Bumpers (for Cal Look) and Smoothed Engine lid. I have not changed a thing sinse i have bought her as i fell in love even though i did have plans too.

I have used this as my every day car (yes even in winter) and it has started everytime, even at 6am in the morning on freezing cold days. I have even had her cruising at 75 on my way home from collection to see how she would cope and she didnt even cough. She loved it!!

She always puts a smile on my face and will do the same for you.

Who ever buys will be very impressed with her and will not want to get out.
